How to Place an Order:

  5. Choose your billing method, provide shipping details, and enter your email address for confirmation.

Order Confirmation Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing:

  • A unique Order ID (e.g., PEONY1234)
  • A list of the items you’ve ordered.

Didn’t Receive Confirmation? Check your SPAM/FOLDER for the confirmation email. If it’s not there, contact our customer support, and we’ll resend it promptly.

Canceling an Order To change or cancel an order, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. Once it’s processed or shipped, we can’t make changes.

Payment Methods We offer secure payment via PayPal, Credit card, or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are in US Dollars, with the conversion handled by your card issuer.

Shipping Method US orders are shipped via USPS, while other countries use local postal services. We’re not responsible for customs-related delays.

Partial Shipments Depending on the order, we may ship items separately to ensure quick delivery.

Return to Sender If your order status is “Return to Sender,” contact us for a replacement. Ensure you track your order and follow up with customs or the courier.

“Delivered” Status but No Package Track your order and contact your local post office. We’re not responsible for stolen packages.

Delivery Customs may require additional time and documentation, potentially delaying delivery. Your order may be delivered by the local post or courier.

Customs and Taxes Prices displayed on our site are tax-free. You may be charged import taxes and customs fees upon receiving your order. Payment of these charges is your responsibility.

Returns Returns are not possible for:
